PAC Registrars Limited along with investors and other issuing parties put the final ink on the ONEWATTSOLAR N3BN GREEN BOND ISSUANCE project on Friday, 18th of June 2021.OneWattSolar (OWS) is a Clean Technology Company that serves as an EnergyTech aggregator of decentralized off-grid energy and a FinTech company. For over a year, OWS has been providing blockchain-enabled software that decentralizes the grid while delivering Energy-As-A-Service (EAAS) to millions of people that are currently unserved or underserved by traditional electricity models in Africa. With a target to deliver up to 14 gigawatts (GW) of sustainable energy to Nigeria and the rest of West Africa by 2030, PAC Registrars will act as Registrars to OWS on the Green Bond Issuance PROJECT while providing other services as applied.
